The Taj Mahal, Agra, India
The Muslim city of Agra is home to India's best-known site and most famous landmark: the Taj Mahal. This immense mausoleum was built on the orders of Shah Jahan, the 5th Muslim Mogul emperor, to honor the memory of his beloved late wife. Built out of white marble and standing in formally laid-out walled gardens, the structure is regarded as a perfect example of Muslim art in India. It’s best to visit this icon either in the morning or late afternoon when the lighting is most favourable. The Taj Mahal will be only one of the wonders you’ll visit on your 7-day ‘Golden Triangle’. Petra, Jordan
On the edge of the Arabian Desert, Petra was the glittering capital of the Nabataean empire of King Aretas IV (9 B.C. to 40 A.D.). The Nabataeans were masters of water technology, and built great tunnel constructions and water chambers. A theater, modelled on Greek-Roman prototypes, held an audience of 4,000. Today, the Tombs of Petra, with the 42-meter-high Hellenistic temple facade on the El-Deir Monastery, are grand examples of Middle Eastern culture. Petra is considered the most famous and attractive site in Jordan. In Amman you will stay at the Albasha Hotel, one of the most well known hotels in downtown Amman which also happens to be suitable for backpackers and students. Includes 4 day 'Petra'.

The Pyramids of Giza, Egypt
The Pyramids of Giza are the oldest and only Ancient Wonder still standing today and are a n everlasting testimony to the perfection of art and design. Built in the centre of Rome, this great amphitheater existed to give favors to successful legionnaires and to celebrate the glory of all that is the Roman Empire. Its design concept still stands to this very day and virtually every modern sports stadium some 2,000 years later still bears the irresistible imprint of the Colosseum's original design. Through films and history books, we have become aware of the cruel fights and games that took place in this arena – sadly, all for the joy of the spectators. Camping Fabulous will be your accommodation while in Rome, offering a wonderful campsite located between the city center, the sea and an ancient pine forest.
